Join us for our annual Critical Care Conference, April 3-5th, at Pipestem Resort State Park, in Pipestem, West Virginia. Hosted in partnership with HealthNet Aeromedical Services, critical care providers will participate in high-fidelity simulation sessions, hands-on skills labs, ventilator and airway workshops, and hot topic lectures by industry experts from around the world.

All CEUs for medical providers provided by our partners at IA MED.

Following each day's education sessions, join us for social events encompassing the beautiful nature of Pipestem Resort, including our Run to the Chopper 5K and evening social events sponsored in partnership with Air Methods and Airbus Helicopters. And the best part - the whole resort is rented out for our conference attendees, families, and guests.

Getting to Camp ECHO


As you plan your travel the two closest airports are in Charleston, WV (CRW) and Roanoke, VA (ROA). We recommend traveling to Yeager Airport (CRW) in Charleston, WV since that is where the Camp ECHO bus will be leaving from. The amazing folks at HealthNet Aeromedical Services will be running a complimentary airport shuttle services available from Yeager Airport (CRW) to Pipestem Resort and back following the conference.

Shuttle services will run from Yeager (CRW) beginning on Tuesday April 2nd and Wednesday April 3rd from 10am - 8pm hourly with tours of the HealthNet Simulation Aircraft and Training Center during morning/afternoon trips. Shuttle services will resume following the conference on Friday, April 5th from 2-5pm (hourly) and Saturday-Sunday morning departing at 5am, 7am, 9am, and 11am.
